In 2017, PeacePlayers partnered with Nike to launch year-round
PeacePlayers programs in Baltimore, Brooklyn, Chicago, Detroit,
and Los Angeles. PeacePlayers United States’ long-term, multiyear programming engages youth aged 8-21 through a structured
leadership pipeline that equips them with critical life skills and
leadership abilities, empowering them to become future leaders
in their communities and beyond. Our program model combines
basketball-based youth development with con昀氀ict resolution and
emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and communication. PeacePlayers
U.S. also provides young people with skills, opportunities and
resources that will help them succeed in their professional and
personal adult lives.
